Peggy Arend is the Owner and manages the day-to-day operations of Granite State Home Improvements.  She was graduated Magna Cum Laude from New Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Peggy and her husband Larry live in Newfields, NH  with their children, Katie and Jack.

Mike French leads our sales force and meets with customers and potential customers to determine their needs and how we can best serve them.  Mike served six years in the US Navy and is presently enrolled in a business program at Southern New Hampshire University. Mike's experience includes window, siding, and roofing installation; extensive window and door installation training; and professional roofing and siding training through CertainTeed Corporation.  Mike is certified as an Installation Master through InstallationMasters™ (previously American Architectural Manufacturers Association).  Mike lives in Gilmanton, NH with his wife, Theresa.

Mike French and Peggy Arend share responsibility for sales, job coordination and customer relations.  They prepare comprehensive proposals, provide necessary literature and customer references.  In the end, the final decision is yours.  High pressure just isn't our style.  Ongoing training and testing allows us to share current information with our customers and ensure that our installations meet or exceed industry standards and specifications.
