We have great confidence in our crews and their work, and in the products we use. We understand that without superior craftsmanship and high quality products, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
We pride ourselves in our low-key approach to sales. We prepare comprehensive proposals, offer all the necessary literature, and provide local customer references. We do everything we can, but in the end, the final decision is yours.
Experience has also taught us that the best rewards are achieved when we overcome any obstacles that may come our way. We do this by working closely with our customers, which we have found results in finished projects everyone can be truly satisfied with.
Because of the special way we conduct our business, it’s not essential for us to win every bid. What’s important is to get the project that’s a good fit for us, and for our customers. This is borne out by the fact that 75% of our business comes from customer referrals. Another point that bears mentioning is because of our longevity, some of our customers are second, even third generation.
You can also be secure and confident in the fact that Granite State Home Improvements is properly insured. Certificates of Insurance for General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Policies are available upon request. Our customers are our best salespeople.
