Granite State Home Improvements replaced old drafty, wood windows with Paradigm Tapestry double hung windows and old wood shake siding with CertainTeed Cedar Impressions Double 7” Perfection Vinyl Shakes; wooden shutters were removed and replaced with new paneled vinyl shutters by Mid-America ; cold, drafty steel front door was replaced with ThermaTru entry door, Fypon mantel and door surround.
STANDING SEAM METAL ROOFING

This job required that Granite State Home Improvements remove asphalt shingles and cover the entire roof deck with ice and water shield before installing Standing Seam Metal Roofing. The metal roofing panels were fabricated on-site with our own pan-forming machine using Drexel Metal 24 Gauge with 1 ½” standing seam ribs in forest green. The results were so positive that Harvey Building Products, our supplier for Drexel roofing, used the photograph of this job on the side of three of their delivery trucks and on promotional brochures.

After New England weather wreaked havoc on this waterfront home, Granite State Home Improvements was called in to repair the structure and replace the asphalt roof with CertainTeed Landmark Architectural Shingle in the color Resawn Shake. We also installed beautiful copper flashing.
DECKS
After completing an exterior remodel of this Concord home, including new Paradigm windows, CertainTeed Vinyl Siding and Roofing, and enclosing the Garrigan’s breezeway, we built the deck from the ground up using pressure treated timber for framing, Latitude decking and ELK Railing Systems.

After we completed the installation of Paradigm Windows, CertainTeed Siding, and ThermaTru Doors, we were contracted to replace the rear porch which was deteriorating, with a 4-season, fully finished addition including basement space. This job included acting as liason between the city and the homeowners to ensure all permit and variance requirements were met.
